Masterplan study for Tushino Park, a 23 ha public park north-east of Moscow including hotel, offices and exhibition spaces. Conceived as a green satellite city, the concept creates a “four seasons” park, which evolves throughout the seasons to offer users an area to be enjoyed 365 days a year.
