A new tower-symbol of the city, located next to the main points of entry into San Marino, provides an opportunity and stimulus for the improvement of the whole ex-industrial zone of the Rovereta Business Park through the introduction of commercial activities and public green facilities. The green tower rising above thirty floors is designed to draw energy from local sources in line with the “three zero” building philosophy.
