Masterplan for a mixed use development set among the dunes of the Grado Lagoon comprising of hotel, residential and Spa on a 266,000 sqm site. Terraced housing combines with low-rise circular buildings to blend the architecture in the thoughtfully designed landscape of canals, pathways, and water features inspired by the lagoon’s environment.
